Named for the estate it calls home, Hibiscus Falls is one of our most distinctive lots — a washed Arabica with a wine-toned character rarely found in Indian specialty coffee. Double fermented and slow dried, it opens with muscat grapes and hibiscus, settling into dark chocolate, almond, and cocoa on the finish.
